The AgriNSA Map Tanzania initiative emphasized systems-based learning and organizational network analysis within the country’s agricultural sector. The project aimed to map and analyze relationships among various organizations involved in agriculture, identifying key actors, areas of collaboration, and the dynamics of their interactions.
Root Change played a pivotal role in this initiative by conducting the network analysis, mapping 406 organizations and their 650 unique relationships across seven critical areas of agricultural collaboration. Our contributions included assessing the sector’s ecosystem, identifying influential actors and resource hubs, and providing insights into how organizations can work together to enhance agricultural production, policy development, and advocacy efforts.
